Position Summary

The Maritime market Product Champion is responsible for ensuring HUVR maximizes its customer capture and revenue targets in the Maritime Market.  The perfect candidate will drive the HUVR roadmap needed to ensure that we win major accounts in this space.  Additionally,  they will build a trusted advisor relationship with all clients establishing HUVR as a thought and solutions leader. The Champion must have deep knowledge of the market, excellent communication skills and the ability to naturally engage with others to influence positive outcomes.

Minimum Required Experience‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬:

10+ years in a senior Operations or Asset Management Role in the Maritime space,  responsible for managing assets and the software tools required to maximize production.

Responsibilities‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬:

Practice:

  • Own the product roadmap. Drive the right priorities across the HUVR organization to ensure success.
  • Define sales goals and actively support the sales team to meet those targets
  • Lead the HUVR Software User Group activities and provide input for Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
  • Provide support as the Maritime Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Product Development Group and present when appropriate within the Maritime vertical
  • Actively participate in a minimum of 1 industry-focused organization

People:

  • Actively participate in recruitment and retention of personnel
  • Assist to mentor and develop Customer Support staff using company frameworks as appropriate
  • Support and foster a “business case” environment for all internal and external work products

Delivery:

  • Exceed sales and profit targets in the Maritime Segment for HUVR
  • Develop the PRDs and ensure those priorities and business plans are executed across HUVR
  • Scope, plan, resource and execute solutions to exceed client’s expectations
  • Support the HUVR sales team to strategically lead all aspects of an engagement
  • Exceed sales and profit targets in the Maritime Segment for HUVR
